Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through the WI DNR merch website (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, run by Kramer Marketing, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment
1.1. Order processing will commence upon confirmation of payment. Standard processing times may range from 2 to 5 business days; however, such processing times are estimates only and subject to change without notice.
1.2. The Company shall not be held liable for delays in processing attributable to high order volume, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, dimensions, and the selected shipping method.
2.2. All shipping costs are disclosed to the Customer prior to order confirmation. By completing the purchase, the Customer consents to the applicable shipping charges.
3. Shipping Methods and Transit Times
3.1. The Company utilizes third-party carriers for the delivery of goods. The selection of the carrier is at the sole discretion of the Company, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
3.2. Estimated transit times are provided at the time of checkout. Such estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within a specific timeframe.
3.3. The Company shall not be responsible for delays in delivery caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other events beyond the Company’s control.
4. Shipment Tracking and Notifications
4.1. Upon shipment of an order, the Customer shall receive an electronic notification containing a tracking number or link to monitor delivery progress.
4.2. The Company disclaims any liability for inaccuracies or delays in tracking information as provided by third-party carriers.
5. International Shipping
5.1. International Shipping is not available on this store.
6. Risk of Loss
6.1. Title to and risk of loss for products passes to the Customer upon the Company’s delivery of the order to the carrier.
6.2. The Company shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once in the custody of the carrier.
7. Customer Service and Claims
7.1. Any claims regarding lost, delayed, or damaged shipments must be submitted to the Company’s Customer Service Department at shopwidnr@kramermadison.com or (608) 849-1984 within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
7.2. The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Customer in resolving shipping issues with the carrier; however, the Company does not assume liability for the acts or omissions of carriers.
