Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the WI DNR merch store website (the “Site”). By placing an order Site, run by Kramer Marketing, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. All Sales Final
1.1. All sales are final.
1.2. The Company does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than as expressly set forth in Section 2 below.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
2.1. If a product arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, the Customer must notify the Company within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
2.2. Notification must be submitted to the Company’s Customer Service Department at shopwidnr@kramermadison.com or (608) 849-1984 and include:
· The order number;
· A description of the damage or defect; and
· Photographic evidence clearly showing the issue.
· Upon timely receipt of the foregoing, the Company will, in its sole discretion, either:
a) Replace the defective product at no additional cost; or
b) Issue a refund to the original method of payment.
o The Company reserves the right to deny claims that are incomplete, untimely, or not substantiated by sufficient evidence.
3. Exclusions
3.1. This Policy does not cover damage resulting from Customer misuse, mishandling, alteration, or normal wear and tear.
3.2. Variations in color, alignment, or appearance that are reasonably within industry standards for digital printing shall not be deemed defects.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The remedies described in Section 2 constitute the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and the Company’s entire liability, for defective or damaged products.
4.2. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from any product defect or failure.
